The project was completed in 2017 and cost $9.6 million. In 2018, it received a DeMuro Award from Restore Oregon, celebrating excellence in preservation, reuse, and community revitalization. This project won a DeMuro Award for Excellence in Preservation, Reuse, and Community Revitalization in 2018 and an Oregon Heritage Excellence Award in 2017.
