TerichTimothy T. Terich, PE, SE
Partner | Principal-In-Charge
Tim brings over 20 years of structural consulting and a wealth of leadership experience to the team. The more complex the technical issue, the more Tim is in his element. Although Tim is a sought-after expert when it comes to concrete structural solutions, historic building challenges really bring his instincts and talents to the fore. Tim recognizes the immense importance of designing seismic retrofit solutions that artfully retain a building’s historic fabric and comply with Secretary of the Interior Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Historic Properties. He combines thorough analysis with atypical solutions and always identifies multiple feasible design strategies. This dynamic approach capitalizes on the inherent strengths of an existing structure and generates cost-conscious and cost-saving solutions.
The synergy of working together as a group is something Tim loves about his profession. Having coached soccer, Tim’s natural leadership skills motivate team members and keep a positive playing field on every job. He earns clients’ trust through his integrity, reliability and his easygoing nature. Tim becomes emotionally invested and maintains principal-level attention on all his projects, which create deep client connections and lasting relationships.
