		Private Residence McMinnville, Oregon A single family 4,300 square foot home. The structure is one story constructed with a wood I-joist and steel beam roof and a wood I-joist floor. The lateral system is a mixture of wood and concrete shearwalls. This project will be completed in 2006. Architect: Giulietti/Schouten
