MIXED-USE
		Overton Park Condominiums Portland, OR A four-story, mixed use condo project in Northwest Portland. Three floors of wood-framed condos supported by post-tensioned concrete slabs. The facility has underground parking and at grade retail. Cantilevered cast-in-place piling was required at the below-grade walls to support weak soils and shore adjacent existing structures. A shotcrete wall spans between the piles in the basement. This project was completed summer 2002. Architect: BOORA Architects
