		Milwaukie Mixed-Use Milwaukie, Oregon A six-building, 118,000 square foot mixed-use retail, apartments, rowhouses, and condominium complex. The buildings are two to four stories in height, constructed of wood framing, post-tensioned concrete slabs, and light-gauge steel framing.
