		The Crossings at Gresham Station Gresham, Oregon A 87,500 square foot mixed-use retail and apartment community. The building is five stories in height, constructed of post-tensioned concrete slab and platform wood framing. The design includes a structured below-grade parking garage, 20,000 square feet of at grade retail, and Eighty-one dwelling units. This project was completed fall 2005.
