MIXED-USE
		The Beranger Gresham, Oregon A four story, 37,825 square foot mixed use apartment community in the heart of downtown Gresham. Thirty units sit over retail space and "tuck-under" parking. The building is constructed with wood framing over concrete slab-on grade. It includes an eco-roof consisting of 4-inch of soil and plant material on the roof to filter roof run-off.
