MIXED-USE
		310 Oak Street Hood River, Oregon A four story, 32,000 square foot mixed-use condo complex. The structure has 8-inch thick post-tensioned concrete floors, concrete shearwalls and columns. A concrete mat foundation supports the base of the shearwalls and elevator core system. Long, open spaces were provided for flexible condo layouts and large window views of the Columbia River Gorge.
