Bonnett Crossing
Bend, Oregon
FCE is responsible for the structural design of this three story 39,000 square foot office building located in Bend, Oregon.
The building is constructed of concrete floors supported off steel wide flange beams and columns. The lateral system
consists of ordinary moment frames. Moment frames were chosen to allow the greatest flexibility of the office space
and for their minimal impacts to the aesthetics of the structure. There is also a 2nd floor concrete bridge that takes
you from the main entrance to the parking lot. This project was completed in 2008.
